The following post was submitted by GamerCrash. See more trailers and news at GamerCrash.com

It’s Saturday once again and a brand new Video Round Up is locked and loaded for your viewing pleasure. There’s a lot of stuff to get to so here’s a small taste of what kind of video content is waiting for you below the jump.

The big news this week came from Rocksteady who announced a short delay for Batman Arkham Knight. To help lessen the blow, they also released a great looking eight minute gameplay trailer. If you missed it from earlier this week, have a look now as it’s waiting for you below.

If you’re looking for more multiplayer mayhem in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare then you’ll be happy to know that Sledgehammer Games released the second DLC pack trailer. Come get a first look at all of the new maps waiting for you in the Ascendance DLC pack.

I’ve also got new videos for Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition, Mortal Kombat X, Killer Instinct and so much more after the break, so come check out this week’s batch of trailers!

The full list of videos await you after the jump…

The Redemption of DriveClub

“What a disaster.”

That’s probably the collective thought crossing the minds of critics, Sony employees, and game enthusiasts everywhere when Driveclub first released on PlayStation 4 last year.

Driveclub header

There was a time during its development where Driveclub was pegged as the definitive racing experience and Sony’s Forza killer, however unfair that was at the time. Needless to say, all of this hype and pressure continued to build which probably made the release day meltdown even more terrible. Connectivity issues, missed promises of a free edition, and server troubles plagued the game at launch and into the first month after release turning many fans off from the experience.

It’s now a few months later and the good news is, all of those all nighters and weekend work the team at Evolution Studios put in have paid off. Driveclub is now playable and working as the team and Sony was hoping last year when it released. While the highly sought after PlayStation Plus version of the game is not available yet, it was confirmed earlier this week that it is still coming at some point.

So how does the game hold up these days? Full thoughts await you below the jump…

Dying Light Impressions – Staying Alive or Die Trying

The following post was submitted by GamerCrash. The original can be found here.

Dying Light is a game that I felt held a lot of potential as I watched during its development cycle. In a generation full of remakes and sequels, this title was trying to bring something new and fresh to the table, one where you’re a person who can free run around an open world, fight zombies, and deal with a dynamic night/day cycle which also changes how you interact with the environment and walking dead in the city.

So far, the game has proven to offer a very different experience from the first few hours compared to the mid to later parts. Learning the controls, traversing the city, dealing with enemies all went through some sort of change with me as I played and as a result, it has also managed to alter the way I think about the game. It may be worth noting that I’m also someone who hasn’t played Techland’s previous work with Dead Island so my experience may be a little different as compared to someone who has.

So far, Dying Light has proven to be a game that is massively large with collectibles, missions, and side activities to accomplish and with my schedule currently the way it is, I won’t have this thing beat for a while. So instead of doing a proper review, here are my thoughts on the first few hours of Dying Light.

CounterSpy Review – Randomized Sneaking

Even though I wasn’t there to live through the heart of the Cold War between the United States and the (then) Soviet Union, we’ve all ready the history books and seen enough on it to know it was a intense and dangerous world. Developer, Dynamighty, taps into that uncertainty with their latest 2D stealth action title, CounterSpy. Instead of focusing on the more intense elements of this era, CounterSpy instead focuses on the more insane elements of the conflict (blowing up the moon?!?!) with a touch of humor to lighten the mood while you infiltrate enemy bases in an effort to steal launch plans and end the hostilities for good. Does this stealth action title make a clean kill or trip a silent alarm?

Saturday has once again rolled around and so to has a brand new edition of the Round Up. It was a busy week of video content and as I do every single Saturday, I’ve collected some of the best trailers and videos from the week that was. Here’s a small taste of what’s waiting for you below the jump.

With the ten year anniversary of the God of War franchise in effect this weekend, Sony and Sony Santa Monica announced a new remastered version of God of War 3 coming this summer to the PlayStation 4. If you want to see what that looks like and what’s new, have a look at the announcement trailer below.

With all the news, rumors, and leaks happening almost on a daily basis, it would appear that the flood gates have opened for Mortal Kombat X. With achievements hitting the internet and revealing more characters like Erron Black, NetherRealm Studios released an official trailer for their season pass characters. So we now know that Jason Voorhees is being joined by the Predator, Tanya, and fan favorite, Tremor. Have a look at them below.

Saturday Video Round Up: March 8 – 14

The following post was submitted by GamerCrash. The original can be found here.

Even though there was a major conference taking place last weekend with PAX East, that didn’t stop the flow of new trailers from gracing the internet. The Round Up is back once again compiling all of the best ones I could find and presenting them to you below. So kick your feet up, crank the volume and enjoy. Here’s a small taste of what’s waiting for you below the jump.

With the game quickly approaching it’s release date, Mortal Kombat X was in the news quite a bit this week. Two new trailers dropped for the highly anticipated fighter as a few new characters were revealed. The first story based trailer deals with the Cage family (yup, he’s baaaaaack) while the second reveals the first character coming to the game in the game’s season pass (Kombat Pack).

Here’s something you probably were not expecting this week: a new game by Game Freak, better known as the developers of Pokemon. No this isn’t another pokemon spin off, instead think of an elephant mixed with Rambo. For Game Freak and Sega, you have their latest game, Tembo the Badass Elephant. Yup, I’m not making this up, just see for yourself below.

I’ve also got new videos for Battlefield Hardline, Splatoon, Tales From The Borderlands and so much more after the break, so come check out this week’s batch of trailers!

The full list of videos await you after the jump…

A Look At Shadow of Mordor’s Unique Nemesis System

Images and video captured by GamerCrash

Shadow of Mordor always has a lot of ambition in what it was trying to do. A brand new story line that doesn’t tie into the Lord of the Rings movies in anyway, you play Talion,  a former Gondor Ranger, who is seeking revenge on an entity known as The Black Hand of Sauron who led an attack on the Black Gate killing his family and also (in an interesting twist) Talion himself. Paired up with a mysterious Wraith, the two of you set out to undermine the forces of Mordor until The Black Hand can be located. What makes Shadow of Mordor standout is a a couple new features to help make the open world feel alive. Continue reading A Look At Shadow of Mordor’s Unique Nemesis System
