The following post was submitted by GamerCrash. See more trailers and news at GamerCrash.com

Welcome to April everyone! Saturday has once again rolled around and here’s a brand new Video Round Up for you to sink your teeth into. A lot took place this past week so there’s a ton of new trailers and video content for you to enjoy. So kick your feet up, crank the volume, and enjoy! Here’s a small taste of what’s below the jump.

It’s a Nintendo explosion! As a new Nintendo Direct graced our computer screens, a vast array of trailers also released covering a bunch of upcoming games like Fire Emblem, Splatoon, and new content for Mario Kart 8. I’ve grabbed them all for you and placed them below for your viewing pleasure.

Fans of Tom Clancy will be excited to know that a brand new trailer for Rainbow Six Siege released earlier this week to coincide with the beta signup news. The trailer shows off more gameplay elements and gadgets players will be able to use to either save hostages or take down the Rainbow team.

I’ve also got new videos for Titan Souls, Mortal Kombat X, Assassin’s Creed Chronicles and so much more after the break, so come check out this week’s batch of trailers!

The full list of videos await you after the jump…

The Eyes Have It

A few weeks back I listened to a discussion on a “brand name” gaming site about the extreme (and wonderful) progression of graphics in games since the beginning of the last generation.  A good portion of the discussion centered around character animation and just how realistic-looking people, animals, and other moving elements in games have become over the past decade or so. During the conversation, one person made a passing remark conceding that though facial animations had so greatly improved as technology improved, to him most game characters still seemed “blank,” and it was all because of their eyes.

I dwelled on this point for a moment and I thought, “Really? Eyes?? Trivial. Facial animations in games have become so much better than ever, and a real person’s eyes can only say so much.” And I moved on as the conversation moved on.

News Byte: GTA V breaks Guinness World Records

Greetings to all you readers, bloggers, and gamers! We here at United We Game are proud to release today the first post in our new audio series, News Byte! The format is pretty simple. Each day we’ll relay and converse about one game-related news story in a 3 to 5 minute audio segment. Think of it as a super-mini podcast in which we talk directly to you about the grand world of gaming. Though while we’re happy to sit here and talk to ourselves about games, what we really want to do is start conversations, so we encourage everyone listening to comment. We’d love to see not only your thoughts about the news stories but also about the format of News Byte itself. Any and all feedback is appreciated, as are directions to particular stories that you might like us to cover in the future. News Byte posts will go up each morning and will be advertised on our Facebook page and Twitter. And if you like what your hear, please share the posts and spread the word of United We Game.

Without further ado, this is your News Byte!
