  1. ah hah! This is precisely why I hate anything that makes online part of my gaming experience. Forcing you to be online. It’s not that game breaking though. You could just get a patch for the game but now it’s extra effort on the players side

    1. Exactly. And I don’t know that Microsoft ever really considered that the service might not be a good thing for the *players*. As I said, it probably sounded nice in theory, but in practice it’s been a mess.
