With Fall in full swing, it’s the perfect time of year to snuggle under some blankets and catch up on some gaming videos. Good thing you’re here, because we’ve got just the post for you! It’s time to take a look back on our video ventures from the past month. Come along and watch, won’t you?
First up we have The Duck of Indeed and her wonderful playthrough of Donkey Kong Country 3. These videos have become fan favorites, because who doesn’t love spending time with a hilarious cast of apes as they attempt to defeat sentient crocodiles??!
Up next, who knew we had such a well-traveled Duck in our midst? She’s been traveling the galaxy with Mario in, of course, Super Mario Galaxy, and what a wonderful time is being had by all! (Well, mostly. Some of those courses are darn challenging!)
And then, with even more playthrough action, the Duck has also been having a grand time with the one, the only, Kirby in Kirby’s Return to Dreamland. How amazing it is to watch that little puffball do his stuff!
And what about Super Paper Mario, you ask? For sure, The Duck has been busy with all things 2D-Mario, as well, and this month was no exception!
If fighting games are more your style, I’m happy to be back again with more dragon punches and lightning kicks. Only this time around, the more Mortal Kombat and a few surprises. It’s time for more “Not Zangief!”
And last but hardly least, we can’t have a YouTube highlights post without talking about our retro gaming series, “Nostalgic Notions.” The Duck has working through games on Sonic’s Ultimate Genesis Collection for the Xbox 360. This past month, she had success playing a few oddball titles, as well as those more well known.
And I continued on/finished up with my “Nostalgic Notions” series using games from Midway Arcade Treasures for the GameCube. Quite a delightful mix of games strange and more strange here as well!
