Thank you! I’m a little embarrassed to admit that I’ve never played a Saints Row game. I intend to get the Third at some point. (And I really mean it. It’s on my Amazon wish list and everything!)

Great post! I’m with you on most of your choices, though I didn’t play GTA IV (I’d probably replace that with Saints Row the Third, though I’m a little embarrassed to admit it).

RDR does require a hefty amount of commitment, but it’s totally worth it in the end. The same is kinda true of Dragon Age, for me anyway. It wasn’t until a few missions in that I really started enjoying the game.

I tried my best to get into RDR but i found it so boring. I don’t know why i struggle to play those kinds of games. Huge worlds, choices, freedom hours and hours of gameplay. On paper it’s awesome but i just can’t do it. I get so frustrated being me. I must try Dragon Age. Everyone i know always raves about it

RDR does not disappoint! I was a little worried that I wouldn’t like it at first because I’m not the biggest fan of Westerns, but the setting and story are simply amazing at their cores.

I played DA:O on the PS3, and it only barely missed the cut because of Skyrim. But it’s a great contender as a long-play RPG. Plus, dragons!

It’s not one of my proudest gaming moments, that’s for sure. Knowing the ending of a game doesn’t really spoil it for me; it’s getting there that counts. :)

Great list as always! I definitely agree with Mass Effect. That would be a game that’ll keep you occupied for quite some time. Hell, I’d probably throw in Dragon Age: Origins on my own deserted island because the game is massive and I’m a sucker for fantasy/medieval set stories.

I should look into playing Red Dead Redemption at some point, especially since it’s highly recommended just by everyone I know! :)
